Drake served as both host and musical guest on Saturday Night Live last month and on Tuesday, the show revealed an unaired skit with the rapper excised from the episode's TV broadcast due to time constraints.
The segment finds Drake playing a new employee at Kinko's, where he has to work alongside SNL cast members Beck Bennett and Bobby Moynihan. Bennett and Moynihan have a finely honed rapport – full of inside jokes and synced movements – which helps them get through days full of banal work. But every time Drake attempts to mimic their strange behaviors in an effort to fit in, they shut him down: "You're a peach, but you did it wrong."
In retaliation, the rapper defiantly starts to incorporate his own odd sayings. Much of the humor in the skit stems from Drake's easy way with awkward – he has no problem sounding like a fool on camera.
Drake was first invited to perform on SNL in 2011. In 2014 and 2016, he came back as both host and guest.Watch Drake's greatest dance moments from 'Hotline Bling' to 'HYFR.'
