Both take place in a heightened reality that mostly resembles our own, both skillfully employ disconcerting imagery to fuel narrative tension, and both make the most of an otherworldly boogeyman who’s a real creep. In Legion’s case, it’s the shape-shifting parasite known as the Shadow King, a.k.a. the Devil with the Yellow Eyes, who lives inside his victim's mind – the dictionary definition of what TP's possessed one-armed man described as a "parasite."
