Watch Seth Meyers, Miley Cyrus Become ‘Forced Friends’ on ‘Late Night’
For the latest installment of “Forced Friends,” a Late Night segment that finds host Seth Meyers forced to befriend other NBC personalities, Meyers is encouraged to spend some quality time with The Voice‘s newest coach Miley Cyrus.
As Meyers embarks on his journey to take Cyrus under his wing, the host takes on numerous millennial tropes to impress the 23-year-old pop star. With his septum pierced, he enters her dressing room asking if she’s “ready to get lit” and immediately does the dab dance move. He showed her around the set, though he did offer for the pair to use graffiti on subway cars in case she found the tour too lame.
To show he’s “cool with teenagers,” he hired a 30-year-old man to play a teenager and call the show “on fleek.” In the end, Cyrus reassured him that all he needs to do to impress her is “be real,” the same thing that would impress her as the newest coach on The Voice.
