When Rayna breaks the bad news, noting she “[needs] to be at home with my family,” a bewildered Juliette reacts with defensive bitterness. “I don’t have a near-death experience to help me boost my record sales,” she says. “I need this!” It builds on events from the previous episode, “I Don’t Wanna Talk About It Now,” in which Rayna reveals that she’s lost her singing voice following the violent, drunken car crash that ended the first season.
“You’re No Angel Yourself,” the season’s fourth episode, will be full of drama for the other characters, as well: according to a press release, Teddy proposes to Peggy but tries to hide the news from Maddie, and Tandy discovers some disturbing info about Rayna and her mother’s death.
The episode is set to air Wednesday, October 16th at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
