Weekend Rock Question: What's the Best Jam Band of All Time?

Cast your vote in our weekly poll

Phish announced dates for their annual summer tour this week, which includes the three-day Magnaball festival in Watkins Glen, New York. It kicks off not long after Trey Anastasio fronts the Dead for their farewell shows at Chicago's Soldier Field. It truly marks the end of an era, especially when you consider that the Allman Brothers folded last October.

Now we have a question for you: What is the best jam band of all time? Feel free to vote for an old-school group like The Grateful Dead or the Allman Brothers Bands, something from the more recent past like Phish or Widespread Panic or a lesser-known act like the Disco Biscuits or Sound Tribe Sector 9. If jamming is a key element of a group's live performances, they are going to count in this poll.
