Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas' Future Now tour swooped into Brooklyn's Barclays Center Friday night, where Lovato had a pair of surprise special guests planned during her set. At the tail end of the singer's performance, Lovato welcomed Jamie Foxx to the stage for a cover of Ray Charles' rendition of "Georgia on My Mind."
Foxx had previously won an Oscar for his portrayal of Charles in the biopic Ray. On Friday night, he let Lovato take the vocal spotlight, playing the track on a white piano onstage before standing up to sing alongside Lovato for the final third of the classic track.
Earlier in Lovato's set, another unannounced guest joined her onstage at the Barclays Center as the borough's own Desiigner came out to perform his smash "Panda" as Lovato and Jonas danced along.
Less than two weeks after launching, the Future Now tour has seen a few other surprise guests take the stage with Jonas and Lovato, including T.I., who did "Whatever You Like" and "Live Your Life" at the trek-opening Atlanta show, and singer Andra Day, who delivered her "Rise Up" at the pair's Orlando show to pay tribute to those killed in the Pulse shooting.
