A fan at a Widespread Panic show at the Chicago Theatre was critically injured after he fell from a first-floor balcony onto a marble floor. Police believe that the 26-year-old concertgoer was drunk when he fell, and do not suspect any foul play.

This wasn’t the only unfortunate incident for the Georgia jam band in recent days. On Thursday, their bus driver suffered a heart attack and died while en route to a concert in Ames, Iowa. During that episode, their bus swerved off Interstate 35, resulting in a crew member hitting his head and a series of crashes involving two big rigs on the stretch of highway.
