The news hit this week that Guns N’ Roses and LCD Soundsystem are reforming for Coachella in April. Both groups insisted over and over that they’d never, ever get back together, but they all say that right up to the point where it actually happens. They join a long list of bands that have reunited at Coachella, including Rage Against the Machine, the Stooges, Pulp, Pixies, Pavement and the Replacements.
Now we have a question for you: What dormant band do you hope to see reform next? It can be any group where a reunion is at least somewhat feasible. By that, we mean that Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd could still play despite the passing of original members, but Big Star and the Ramones are simply missing too many key members. It can also be an active group, like the Smashing Pumpkins, where you hope to see the classic lineup return. Feel free to vote for a 1980s group like the Smiths and Talking Heads, an older act like the Kinks and Led Zeppelin or a more recent one like Oasis and the White Stripes. Just please only vote once and only for a single band.
