Watch Travis Scott’s New Short Film Featuring Kanye West, Puff Daddy
Travis Scott has unveiled a new short film, La Flame. Produced by the rapper himself alongside videographer Tucker Tripp, the clip features a slew of cameos, including Kanye West, Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs, Seth Rogen, Migos’ Quavo and more.
The close to 19-minute-long film tracks Scott while he hits the road, travels on private planes and works in recording studios. Concert footage, including a time when he performed while up in a tree, is peppered in between beat-making sessions, fans’ exaltations for the rapper, plenty of crowd interaction and interviews. Rogen makes an appearance as a guest during an interview with the rapper for his Beats 1 show .Wav.
Backstage scenes include footage of Scott spending time with West during the Saint Pablo tour. Later in the video, Scott hangs at West’s show with Migos’ Quavo, and Scott also takes a trip on West’s flying stage.
Producer Mike Dean, Minnesota Timberwolves’ Kevin Garnett and Puff Daddy also make cameos. The latter gives props to Scott’s new album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, while wearing a Seventies-styled wig.
The film highlights songs from Scott’s recently released LP, including “way back,” “through the late night” and “goosebumps.” “The Hooch” and Rodeo‘s “Antidote” are also spotlighted.
Scott’s second studio album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, arrived on September 2nd. The LP debuted at Number One on the Billboard 200.
