The stall’s excellent acoustics added depth to the pop song. JinJoo remains seated on the floor of the bathroom as JoJo stands, then kneels next to her. Cara harmonizes from the toilet in a festive red sweatshirt and sweatpants ensemble (“I Sleigh All Day”). As the song wraps and the stall’s door is closed on them, the girls excitedly celebrated each other’s performances.
“I Can Only” appears on JoJo’s third studio album, Mad Love, which was released in October. The LP also features contributions from Remy Ma and Wiz Khalifa. Cara released her debut album Know-It-All last November and most recently recorded a version of the song “How Far I’ll Go,” which appears in the Disney film Moana. JinJoo’s band DNCE shared their self-titled debut album in November, which features the single “Body Moves” and tracks from the group’s 2015 EP Swaay.
