Amy Winehouse performed her first major concert since 2008 at the Summer Soul Festival in Florianópolis, Brazil on Saturday. Though there was some word from her back-up singers Zalon and Heshima that she would debut new material at the show, she did not perform any new originals, though she did include two covers which may eventually turn up on her third album.

Winehouse's cover selections included the Little Anthony and the Imperials number "I'm on the Outside Looking In" and "Boulevard of Broken Dreams." The latter was the song written for the 1934 film Moulin Rouge and made popular by Tony Bennett, not the Green Day hit from 2004. Both covers were filmed by fans at the venue, and though the footage is a bit shaky it is clear the Winehouse was in good form, which bodes well for the remainder of her tour of Brazil this week.
