U2, Lady Gaga, Timberlake Set for Fallon’s First ‘Tonight Show’ Week

Lady Gaga, Tim McGraw, Arcade Fire and Justin Timberlake will join U2 as The Tonight Show‘s opening week musical guests when Jimmy Fallon takes over on February 17th. He’s also lined up a formidable list of actors and comedians as guests, with Will Smith, Jerry Seinfeld, Kristen Wiig, Will Ferrell and Bradley Cooper all scheduled to appear during the first week. First Lady Michelle Obama will appear alongside Ferrell.
6 Keys to Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show
Timberlake has become a Fallon regular, where they most notably created the viral smash History of Rap series. Last year, the singer appeared on a month-long “Timberlake Tuesday” residency and showcased songs from The 20/20 Experience.
Last Friday, Fallon wrapped up Late Night after 969 episodes with a Bob Dylan cover, advice from famous friends and a Muppets-assisted cover of the Band‘s “The Weight.”
The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon will air at midnight following The Olympics from February 17th – 20th before settling into its regular 11:35 p.m. slot on Friday, February 21st.
