U2, DJ Khaled Offer Private Shows, Jet Ski Rides for (RED) Donations

U2, DJ Khaled and Channing Tatum are among the celebrities donating special experiences to the AIDS charity (RED), as part of the organization’s second annual (Shopathon).
U2 is offering a chance to watch a full dress rehearsal before an upcoming show, while another person will get the opportunity to have tea with Bono and Julia Roberts. DJ Khaled has agreed to take one lucky winner on a jet ski ride – complete with incessant Snapchatting – and Tatum will escort a fan to Magic Mike Live in Las Vegas, as well as an exclusive afterparty.
Other prizes include a dinner and a Broadway show with Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, a chance to do “Carpool Karaoke” with James Corden, a luncheon with One Direction’s Liam Payne, see Hamilton and go backstage with new star Javier Munoz, join Richard Branson at a mystery Virgin event and fly to Korea for a VIP experience with K-pop star G-Dragon.
Fans can enter by making a minimum $10 donation to (Red) via Omaze through January 18th. For a $100 donation, fans can get 1000 chances to win, plus a (RED) t-shirt, while $50 donors will receive a notebook and 500 chances to win. Along with the experience contests, (RED) has restocked its store with an array of special holiday items, with all purchases benefiting the organization’s effort to fight AIDS.
(RED) will celebrate the launch of its second annual (Shopathon) and raise awareness for World AIDS Day, December 1st, with a special episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight, November 22nd. The episode will feature Bono, Roberts, Tatum, DJ Khaled, Harris, Kristen Bell, Halsey, the Killers and more.
