Phish frontman Trey Anastasio will embark on his first-ever orchestral tour in February. The guitarist is set to perform new arrangements of Phish songs and his solo material with a full orchestra conducted by Scott Dunn. The tour, which will hit four cities in the United States, will feature a local symphony at each stop.
Though this will be Anastasio's first time touring with orchestral arrangements, he performed his concerto Time Turns Elastic with both the New York Philharmonic and the Baltimore Symphony in 2009.
The dates for Anastasio's Winter Symphony Tour are as follows:
2/9 Atlanta, GA – Atlanta Symphony Hall
2/14 Pittsburgh, PA – Heinz Hall
2/28 Denver, CO – Boettcher Concert Hall
3/10 Los Angeles, CA – Walt Disney Concert Hall
