Trey Anastasio Band Plans 2017 Paper Wheels Tour

Phish‘s Trey Anastasio will play a string of North American dates this spring in support of his latest solo album, Paper Wheels.
The Trey Anastasio Band begin the tour at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on April 14th and 15th. The trek will also include a stop at the Sweetwater 420 Festival in Atlanta, Georgia on April 20th and at Colorado’s Red Rock’s Amphitheater May 31st with special guests Vulfpeck. The tour wraps June 3rd at Big Sky Brewery in Missoula, Montana. More tour dates will be announced soon.
Anastasio released his 10th solo album Paper Wheels in October. The LP features the Trey Anastasio Band’s classic line-up of drummer Russ Lawton, bassist Tony Markellis and keyboardist Ray Paczkowski, along with a full horn section featuring Natalie Cressman, James Casey, and Jennifer Hartswick.
Along with Paper Wheels, Anastasio and Phish released a new album this year, Big Boat, their first since 2014’s Fuego. The group is set to play its annual run of New Year’s Eve shows at Madison Square Garden, December 28th through 31st.
