The Kills’ ‘Satellite’ Video is Sexy, Cinematic and Mysterious

The first single from the band’s fourth album combines dirty guitar with stoned rocksteady beat

"Satellite," the first video from the Kills' fourth album Blood Pressures has a loose, somewhat incoherent narrative, but its stylish, cinematic imagery is a perfect match for the duo's sexy, sinister music. This is somewhat mellow number for the band – whereas previous Kills singles have aimed for a frantic nervous tension, "Satellite" combines Jamie Hince's highly distorted guitar with a head-nodding rocksteady beat.
