A 31-year-old Spanish man has been arrested in connection to the leak of "Gimme All Your Luvin," the first single from Madonna's next album. The pop icon's lawyer's traced the leak of the track to the unidentified man, described by Spanish police as a "big Madonna fan." Madonna disagrees with that assessment, though – in a statement about the leak, the singer said that her "true fans wouldn't do this."

It is unclear how the man acquired the track, which will feature guest vocals from Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. in its finished form but was missing M.I.A.'s vocal in the version that hit the internet. The trio are set to perform the tune live during Madonna's set at the Super Bowl halftime show in February. The single is expected to be released around that time, with a new album – the star's first for Interscope – to follow later in 2012.
