See ‘Stranger Things’ Star Millie Bobby Brown in Vibrant New Sigma Video
Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown, a.k.a. Eleven, delivers an impassioned lip-syncing performance in the frenetic video for “Find Me,” from DJ-production duo Sigma and British singer Birdy.
The clip opens with a dramatic shot of Brown standing in the middle of an empty street as the camera moves towards her. From there, the young actress flies frantically through the city, performing the electro dance cut with a fervor enhanced by rapid special effects and dazzling lighting.
Befitting Brown’s Stranger Things role, the “Find Me” clip has a few sci-fi twists, including prismatic animations that splice Brown’s already surreal journey and close-ups of her eyes that turn kaleidoscopic and recall 2001: A Space Odyssey.
“I was so excited when Birdy asked me to appear in her music video for her new single with Sigma,” Brown tells Rolling Stone. “I have been a fan of hers for forever, and immediately fell in love with the song – it was such an amazing experience. We shot on the streets of Los Angeles, well into the night, which was so cool!”
Brown’s turn in the “Find Me” clip marks the second music video to feature a member of the Stranger Things cast, following the appearance of Noah Schnapp (Will Byers) in Panic! At the Disco’s “LA Devotee.” Brown also previously showed off her own musical chops on The Tonight Show, rapping Nicki Minaj’s verse from Kanye West’s “Monster.”
