Rolling Stone Live: The Greenhornes Go Acoustic
Garage rockers debut rare song at the Rolling Stone offices

Cincinnati, Ohio-based garage rockers the Greenhornes recently dropped by the Rolling Stone offices to play an impromptu acoustic set. (So impromptu, in fact, that drummer Patrick Keeler keeps the beat on a cardboard box.) The trio, who’ve been together in some form since high school, performed a few tracks from their brand new album, titled ****, as well as “Hold Me,” a cut from their debut album from 1999 and “The Remains” (a.k.a. “But I Ain’t Got You”), a rare EP track that they have never before played in public.
