Rihanna Agrees to Downgrade Restraining Order Against Chris Brown
Brown will be allowed contact with the singer but cannot annoy, molest or harass her
Rihanna has agreed to a request to downgrade her restraining order against Chris Brown, who was found guilty of assaulting her two years ago on the night before the Grammy Awards. Brown recently completed a year-long domestic violence education program as part of his sentencing.

According to Rihanna’s lawyer Donald Etra, the order has been reduced to “level one,” which would allow the two to have contact as long as Brown does not annoy, molest or harass her. Though Brown’s attorneys have been informed of Rihanna’s decision, the modification is not yet official.
