Prince Playing House Concert – At His House
Prince will be opening his home to the public for a concert at Paisley Park on Saturday. The concert will reintroduce his band New Power Generation, who reunited in New York earlier this year, and will also include his current band 3rdEyeGirl, City Pages reports.

“We really just wanted to open up Paisley to the public and invite Minnesota and anybody else who can make it out,” said New Power Generation drummer Hannah Ford. “This one is moreso like a spur-of-the-moment event to spend time with our community and throw a big concert for everybody and show off some of the stuff we’re working on.”
A $50 donation will be required at the door and cell phones won’t be permitted.
Prince and 3rdEyeGirl have been working on an album called Plectrum Electrum, but a release date has yet to be announced.
