PJ Harvey Debuts Songs From ‘Let England Shake’ In Paris
Earlier this week PJ Harvey played songs from her new LP Let England Shake at La Maroquinerie in Paris. Check out selections from the show above. It takes balls to sing the lines “Goddamn, Europeans! Take me back to beautiful England!” from her song “The Last Living Rose” to a French crowd, but Harvey belts them out fearlessly. Harvey is on tour in Europe right now, but she’s headed stateside in April to play Coachella and two other dates in New York and San Francisco.
