Paul McCartney brought out Ronnie Wood last night at London's 02 Arena to play guitar on "Get Back." The surprise appearance came near the end of a three-hour set heavy featuring a walloping 23 Beatles songs (even more if you count "Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End" as separate songs). McCartney wraps up his European tour December 12th at the Liverpool Echo Arena.
Rolling Stones fans should be pleased by this confirmation that Ronnie Wood is in London. Rumors have been flying that the band has been rehearsing (without Mick Jagger) at an undisclosed location somewhere in the city for a possible 50th anniversary tour next year.
