I just think Bush is a bad president, an awful diplomat," says NOFX singer Fat Mike, who's putting together a Rock Against Bush two-volume compilation for next year. More than thirty-four bands have agreed to contribute tracks, including Green Day, Foo Fighters, Blink-182 and Good Charlotte. To mobilize young voters, NOFX are also planning an anti-Bush theme tour, ending with a big show outside the Republican National Convention in New York next September. Says Fat Mike, "If we all stand together, no one's going to be able to shoot us down."

This story is from the October 30th, 2003 issue of Rolling Stone.
