Mumford & Sons will finally wrap up their 20-month tour in support of 2015 LP Wilder Mind with the Austin 5000, an eight-date trek revolving around the band’s sets at a pair of Austin City Limits festival weekends.
The band, currently trekking on a North American leg that wraps June 19th at the Firefly Music Festival, will be back in action starting September 25th for Las Vegas’ Life is Beautiful fest. From there, they’ll travel to cities within an hour’s flight (roughly) of the ACL fest – Salt Lake City, Englewood, Colorado, Albuquerque, Phoenix and Chula Vista, California – in addition to their two Austin gigs. These dates will be the final 2016 U.S. tour dates for Mumford & Sons, the band said.

In June, Mumford & Sons will also release the Johannesburg mini-album, a collection of five tracks that the band recorded in the South African city alongside Senegalese vocalist Baaba Maal, Malaawi duo The Very Best, and Cape Town’s Beatenberg. The EP was recorded in early 2016 during a 48-hour studio session during the Mumfords’ sold-out South African tour.
