Lea Michele Goes to That Dark Place in ‘Cannonball’

‘Glee’ star releases the video for her first single from ‘Louder’

Glee's Lea Michele is currently prepping her debut studio album, Louder, due out March 4th, and with that comes the first video for her single "Cannonball." The video is a dark and moody affair that looks like it takes place in some sort of run-down garage. A little light breaks through the walls as Michele blazes through the anthemic number, locking eyes with the camera for most of the time.

The song was written for Michele by Sia and Benny Blasco and is the lead single from Louder, an 11-track album that marks her first solo foray into pop music after her success with Glee recordings and an acclaimed Broadway career. Glee is currently in its fifth season and returns on February 25th.
