Lady Gaga to Debut ‘Joanne’ Songs on Dive Bar Mini-Tour

“My first performances were in dive bars,” singer says. “[This] is such an exciting way to connect with my fans and share this music with them”

UPDATE: Lady Gaga has released a polished new video of her performance of Joanne track, “Million Reasons,” at the opening night of her Bud Light X Lady Gaga Dive Bar Tour. Gaga fittingly debuted the theatric country ballad at the 5 Spot in Nashville (the full show is also available to watch). The pop star has two more Dive Bar dates scheduled — October 20th and 27th — though locations have yet to be announced.

Lady Gaga will debut music from her upcoming LP Joanne on the Bud Light x Lady Gaga Dive Bar Tour, which kicks off Wednesday, October 5th at an undisclosed U.S. dive bar. Fans will be able to livestream the singer’s intimate small venue gig, which will feature the premiere performance of Joanne‘s “Million Reasons,” through the company’s Facebook Live at 10 p.m. EST.

“My first performances were in dive bars in New York City and around the country, so working with Bud Light to go back to my roots to perform songs from my new album Joanne is such an exciting way to connect with my fans and share this music with them for the first time,” Gaga said in a statement.

The singer added that playing dive bars help capture the “raw Americana vibe” of her new LP, out October 21st.

The singer has three dates scheduled for the mini-tour. In addition to Tuesday’s performance, the tour will make stops at currently undisclosed locations on October 20th and October 27th.

The Super Bowl 51 halftime performer previously debuted her Joanne single “Perfect Illusion” with an unannounced performance at London’s tiny Moth venue.
