Lady Gaga Reveals Details About Her New Album to Ryan Seacrest

Gaga says that the E Street Band’s Clarence Clemons played on ‘Hair,’ a club track with a ‘Bruce Springsteen vibe’

Lady Gaga revealed more details about her hotly anticipated new album Born This Way when she called in to On-Air With Ryan Seacrest earlier today.

According to Gaga, the next single from the record is called “Judas” and will come out a few weeks before the album is released on May 23rd. The song is co-produced by her regular collaborator RedOne. Gaga told Seacrest that she co-produced all of the tracks on Born This Way, and wrote all of the music herself.

Gaga promises that the new album will be very eclectic in style. “I explore lots of different genres in tandem with dance music and electronic music  and industrial music,” she said. She later mentioned that one track, “Hair,” is a club track with a “Bruce Springsteen vibe” that will feature Clarence Clemons of the E Street Band on saxophone.

The singer also mentioned a song called “Marry the Night,” and “Government Hooker,” which she describes as a fast, heavy song with a hip-hop beat and “really filthy” lyrics.
