Lady Gaga, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis Added to American Music Awards

Lady Gaga, Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis and Luke Bryan will take the stage at this year’s American Music Awards, set to air live on ABC on November 24th. The four new additions join previously announced AMA acts Miley Cyrus, Imagine Dragons, One Direction and Florida Georgia Line.
Macklemore and Ryan Lewis may end up taking the stage several times at this year’s AMA: The hip-hop duo, who broke out this year with their second LP The Heist, are in the running for a pack-leading six awards, including Artist of the Year, New Artist of the Year and Single of the Year for their hit “Thrift Shop.”

Luke Bryan is up for two awards – Favorite Country Male Artist, and Favorite Country Album for his supremely successful 2013 effort, Crash My Party. Kendrick Lamar picked up one nod in the Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Album for last year’s good kid, m.A.A.d city.
Other big nominees for this year’s AMAs include Taylor Swift and Justin Timberlake, who both picked up five each, while Rihanna and Robin Thicke each nabbed four. You can vote for this year’s AMA winners over on the show’s website now.
