Lady Gaga ‘Heavy Metal Lover’ on New Year’s Eve
Pop star performs three songs in Times Square
Lady Gaga kicked off 2012 with a medley of her songs "Heavy Metal Lover," "Marry the Night" and "Born This Way" performed live in Times Square on New Year's Rockin' Eve. Though it's not much of a surprise for Gaga to sing her current single, "Marry the Night," or her smash "Born This Way," "Heavy Metal Lover" was a total curveball: it's a pretty bold move to sing "I want your whiskey mouth all over my blond south" for a large general audience. Then again, there's a good chance most everyone who would blush at that line was too distracted by her outfit – some kind of black sequined glob? – to notice.
