Kanye West: I Didn’t Say Kim Kardashian Is ‘My Beyonce’

Kanye West is denying that he said that Kim Kardashian is “his Beyoncé,” Us Weekly reports. “There are a lot of media inaccuracies surrounding this past couple of weeks, especially the ‘She’s my Beyoncé’ quote,” the rapper told Us. “I would never compare anyone to my friend’s wife.

“Come on now, that doesn’t even sound like me,” says West, who has a longstanding professional relationship with the singer’s husband, Jay-Z. “If I don’t say something in a rap or on Twitter, it’s not true.”

West has been romantically linked with Kardashian in recent months. In a new track titled “Way Too Cold” – originally called “Theraflu” – West raps about his ex-girlfriend Amber Rose’s relationship with Wiz Khalifa, noting “I fell in love with Kim around the same time she fell in love with him.”
