Justin Bieber Goes Unplugged With ‘Boyfriend’ After Power Outage
Pop star goes a cappella at New York's Apollo Theater
Last night, Justin Bieber performed at New York’s Apollo Theater as NBC filmed for their upcoming special Justin Bieber: All Around the World. A power outage struck the show toward the end of the set, cutting off stage instruments and partial lighting, but Bieber didn’t let the technical difficulties bring him down. After about 40 minutes of continued delays, the pop star took the stage to perform his recent hit “Boyfriend” a cappella, backed by an army of screaming fans and a drum kit.
Justin Bieber: All Around the World is set to air on June 21st.
