Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez Break Up
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have called it quits after dating for nearly two years, Us Weekly reports.
“Selena broke up with Justin about a week ago. It’s been a really challenging experience over the last year because of their crazy schedules,” a source close to the couple told Us. “Selena definitely had some major trust issues with Justin.”
The two teen stars were first seen together on a date at an IHOP in November 2010, though they held off on confirming the romance until the following February. Both stars have been busy lately, with Bieber touring to support his new album, Believe, and Gomez filming a Wizards of Waverly Place reunion for the Disney Channel.
Another source offered some hope of an eventual reconciliation for the pair: “They are [young] . . . it changes from day to day. Right now it is a break and tomorrow it could be back on knowing them . . . it’s hard to say how they will end up,” the source said. “Maybe she feels more serious about it this time. We’ll see.”
