The legal team for Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, has asked a judge to consider sequestering the jury when the case goes to trial on September 8th. Judge Michael Pastor has not officially declined the request, but it seems unlikely as he expressed a belief that it would not be necessary and that the Los Angeles court system probably could not afford it.
