In this week’s slate of Rolling Stone reviews, Simon Vozick-Levinson praises Jay-Z and Kanye West’s new single “Otis,” which he says proves once again that “they’re one of rap’s all-time great tag teams.” Also, Will Hermes gives a thumbs up to R. Kelly’s remix of Britney Spears’ hit “Til the World End,” in which the singer declares himself to be “Mr. Sex Addiction,” and Jody Rosen digs Fountains of Wayne’s rootsy new album Sky Full of Holes, a disc rich with clever punchlines and deep epiphanies. Hermes also praises Little Dragon’s third album Ritual Union, an excellent collection of “abstract R&B” and “futuristic soul.”
