Janet Jackson is engaged to boyfriend Wissam Al Mana, reports Us Weekly. The 46-year-old singer and her 37-year-old Qatari billionaire fiancé will reportedly marry this spring in Qatar. This will be Jackson’s third marriage after splitting with James DeBarge and René Elizondo. Jackson also parted ways with Jermaine Dupri in 2009 after a high-profile relationship.
