Will Smith sued by friend who claims to have co-written many of Smith’s

The former Fresh Prince of Bel Air is being taken to court by
his(presumably ex-) friend Clarence Holmes. According to BBC Radio
1, Holmes claims to have co-written many of Mr. Smith’s hits, and
is suing for $3million, which he claims to be his share of the
proceeds. Holmes wasalready paid roughly $22,000 but now wants
Smith to hand over his accounts.

Meanwhile, the Man in Black has a new album,
Willennium, scheduledfor release on November 16, following
the lead single, “Will2K.” Smith isalso set to co-star in Robert
Redford’s The Legend of Bagger Vancewith Matt Damon.
