Check out Death to False Metal‘s “Autopilot” and “The Odd Couple,” plus a live version of Pinkerton‘s “El Scorcho” and the much-anticipated “Tragic Girl,” which Rivers Cuomo spoke about at length when he sat down with Rolling Stone.

“In my mind, the most important one is the song ‘Tragic Girl,’ that was supposed to be the 10th or 11th song on the record, and in my mind, it’s as good as any other song that’s on there, and better than quite a lot of Pinkerton, it’s a really fantastic song in that particular style,” Cuomo said. “I think for people who love Pinkerton, they’ll be overjoyed to hear this song.”

Inside Weezer’s Exhilarating ‘Rolling Stone’ Set

“It’s a totally brilliant album, so personal, there’s such a strong vision, such a strong spirit behind it, and it was a real joy to go back and crack open the sessions and listen to the tracks one by one and gain inspiration from that, how much feeling can be captured and expressed in just a single vocal take or four guys playing,” Cuomo told RS. “I would say that it’s a hideous record in many ways, it’s ugly and dark and twisted and embarrassing. I love it, and I’ve been playing the songs ever since. I think it’s always had a special place in Weezer world.”
