Hear Adele’s ‘Hello’ Sung in 25 Different Styles
Anthony Vincent’s latest addition to his YouTube channel Ten Seconds Songs sees the metal artist covering Adele’s massive “Hello” in 25 different styles.
Once he gets Adele’s version off his chest, Vincent launches into a heavy, layered Alice in Chains style before referencing Lionel Richie’s own “Hello.” Right as he hits the line, “I’m in California dreaming about who we used to be,” he shifts to the Mamas and the Papas.
The 25 styles Vincent hand-picked for his latest cover are as wide-ranging, surprising and diverse as his usual fare. He shifts from boy bands (Backstreet Boys) to rap (Lil Wayne) to EDM (Deadmau5) seamlessly throughout the epic ballad.
Vincent’s latest video is his first since he covered Halestorm’s “I Miss the Misery” two months ago in 20 different styles. Over the summer, he tackled the Kendrick Lamar remix of Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” in the styles of Shaggy, Cyndi Lauper, Pearl Jam and more.
