Hip-hop star Flo Rida has entered a deal for first-time offenders for his DUI arrest in Miami Beach earlier this year. The rapper's attorney told the Miami Herald today that he will enroll in the "Back on Track" program, which will require him to perform community service and attend classes. If he completes these requirements, his charge will be amended to reckless driving.
Flo Rida was arrested after police officers spotted him driving his car erratically in the early morning on June 6th. According to the police report, his blood-alcohol level was over twice the legal limit to drive.
