Jane's Addiction are heralding the August arrival of their new album The Great Escape Artist by giving away a free mp3 of the set's first single "End to the Lies." The track starts off with a funky groove from the band's new bassist Dave Sitek of TV on the Radio, but quickly shifts into the sort of colossal, soaring rock that made the group alt-rock legends.
