Lil Wayne’s New Album is Coming Out in May
Lil Wayne has announced that his new album Tha Carter IV is complete and will be released on May 16th. At a concert in Rhode Island last night, the rapper told the audience that he’d be happy for the record to come out sooner, but that his manager Cortez Bryant “likes to sit on stuff.” [Billboard]

Lady Gaga Censored in Malaysia
Lady Gaga‘s new hit “Born This Way” has been censored in Malaysia to avoid government fines for its pro-GLBT lyrics. Specifically, the line “no matter gay, straight or bi, lesbian, transgendered life, I’m on the right track, baby” has been garbled by radio stations to sidestep controversy among the country’s religious conservatives. Foo Fighters to Play in Fan’s Garages
The Foo Fighters, who recorded their new album Wasting Light in frontman Dave Grohl’s garage, will be holding a contest in which eight winners will get to host a Foo Fighters gig in their own garage.
