Diddy is being sued by music executive Tony Austin, who says he suffered multiple gunshot wounds in a shooting in the parking lot of the hip-hop mogul's restaurant in Atlanta. Austin's lawsuit alleges that Diddy failed to maintain a safe environment at his Justin's eatery, and that the rap star and the proprietors of the establishment were aware of "dangerous and hazardous conditions" on the premises.

Austin, a former A&R man for Def Jam and President of Russell Simmons music group, claims that he was sitting in his car listening to music with a friend when someone opened fire on his vehicle in an incident at the restaurant in September.
