Influential pop-punk band Buzzcocks will reissue their self-released debut EP, 1977’s Spiral Scratch, and Time’s Up, an official studio bootleg documenting their first-ever recording session from 1976. Domino Records will release the 40th anniversary EP reissue on January 27th, followed by Time’s Up on March 10th.

The special edition Spiral Scratch seven-inch, limited to 300 copies globally, features an insert with the EP’s original press release. The long out-of-print Time’s Up will be issued on CD, vinyl and digital. Pre-orders are available now via the Domino site.

Both albums will also be available on a combined box set, Buzzcocks (mk.1) Box, out March 10th. This expansive edition features a seven-inch vinyl and CD of Spiral Scratch, LP and CD versions of Time’s Up, audio and video download codes, various 10 x 8 photographs, reprinted concert posters and flyers from 1976, pin badges, the Spiral Scratch story and a re-imagined version of Manchester fanzine Shy Talk.

Domino marked the announcement of the reissues with a video for “Breakdown,” featuring footage from the band’s 1976 shows at Manchester’s Lesser Free Trade Hall.

Buzzcocks released their ninth LP, The Way, in 2014. Last June, longtime animal rights champion Morrissey slammed the band for allowing their 1978 track “What Do I Get?” to soundtrack a U.K. McDonald’s commercial.
