Atlanta rapper Rocko has sued Future for over $10 million, claiming the musician breached a contract with his A1 Recordings when he signed a side deal with Epic Records, TMZ reports.

According to Rocko, whose real name is Rodney Hill, Jr., Future inked a contract with A1 in 2011 for six albums. At the time, he also signed a distribution deal with Epic, but the suit claims Future also cut a different deal with Epic that netted him a multi-million dollar advance.

Rocko further alleges that Future did not pay him the 25 percent commission he was owed from the Epic advance. He also claims he is owed 20 percent of the DS2 MC’s earnings, which includes touring and endorsements.

While a representative for Rocko did not immediately return Rolling Stone‘s request for comment, the rapper did write on Twitter: “Lord knows I haven’t seen a courthouse in ages that’s what lawyers are for!” And, “Old homie of mine once told me just let the lawyers handle it…”

A rep for Future did not return a request for comment, but Future addressed the suit on Twitter Wednesday night and took some shots at Rocko: “Ion want my nigga lookin like no baby momma,” he wrote, adding, “Real street nigga went to the court house, how did it feel when u signed the papers?”

Despite the alleged contract breach, A1 has helped release all of Future’s studio albums, from 2012’s breakout Pluto to this year’s EVOL. Rocko and Future have also collaborated on multiple songs over the past few years, the most notable being the former’s single “U.O.E.N.O.,” which also featured an infamous verse from Rick Ross.
