Behind Danny Brown’s Twisted, Whipped Cream-Filled ‘Smokin & Drinkin’ Shoot
The blacklights come on and the clothes fall off when the Detroit rapper comes to Brooklyn to film a new clip

This summer, Detroit rapper Danny Brown came to Brooklyn – the home of his label, Fool's Gold Records – to shoot the rave-y music video for "Smokin & Drinkin," a track from 2013's Old LP co-produced by Fool's Gold boss A-Trak. As the title would suggest, the video – out now – follows a delirious, late-night party across a small apartment, moving not just from the window to the wall but from a crowded, hazy kitchen to an intimate, neon shower. Here our are best pics from a wild day on the set.
