Watch Margo Price’s Blistering ‘About to Find Out’ on ‘Seth Meyers’

Margo Price made her latest stop on the late-night television circuit last night, giving a spirited performance of “About to Find Out” on Late Night with Seth Myers.
Performing with her band the Price Tags less than a week after the presidential election, Price delivered a rousing, timely performance of the indignant song, a highlight from Price’s 2016 solo debut Midwest Farmer’s Daughter. Price co-wrote the song with her husband Jeremy Ivey, who also plays bass in the band.
“Some folks have got nothing to say except to talk about their wealth,” Price sings in the fierce takedown, one of the most politically charged songs in her discography. “But the poor’s still poor and the war’s still war, and everybody wants more for themselves.”
“I decided I’m going to go ahead and lay it all out on the line,” Price told Rolling Stone Country this past Spring about the personal nature of her latest album. “It felt really good, really therapeutic.”
This week, Margo Price will wrap up her extensive Born to Ramble tour in the States, before heading overseas to Europe early next year.
