Steve Earle, Emmylou Harris, Buddy Miller to Share Skyville Live Stage

The popular online concert series Skyville Live returns with a live-streaming event from Nashville on September 26th, putting the spotlight on a trio of Americana legends, a hot country duo and an up-and-coming songwriter. The next episode of the groundbreaking, Emmy-nominated series will include performances from Steve Earle, Emmylou Harris and Buddy Miller, which will give audience members and online viewers an unofficial sneak preview of this fall’s upcoming Lampedusa: Concerts for Refugees series, featuring all three artists and more. The Skyville Live show will benefit and raise awareness for the cause.
Also taking the Skyville Live stage will be CMA- and Grammy-nominated duo Brothers Osborne, along with Canadian singer-songwriter Colter Wall. An additional surprise guest will be revealed later.
Recorded in full HD front of an intimate studio audience in Nashville, each episode of Skyville Live is live-streamed around the world. Since its debut in early 2015, with a premiere episode that featured Martina McBride and Gladys Knight, the genre-hopping Skyville Live has welcomed country superstars Kris Kristofferson, Lady Antebellum and Little Big Town, British R&B/hip-hop artist Estelle, blues legend Taj Mahal and pop singer-songwriter Ingrid Michaelson, among others.
Earlier this year, the show helped Cyndi Lauper launch her country-roots LP, Detour, in an episode that also featured Kelsea Ballerini. Others who’ve taken the stage include Frankie Ballard celebrating Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top, Chris Stapleton paying tribute to Gregg Allman, and Lady Antebellum, Brandy Clark and Jason Isbell honoring the songs of Kris Kristofferson.
The Lampedusa: Concerts for Refugees tour this fall will benefit Jesuit Refugee Service’s Global Education Initiative. In addition to Earle, Harris and Miller, the concerts will feature Patty Griffin and the Milk Carton Kids. The tour kicks off October 6th in Boulder, Colorado, and visits 11 cities, wrapping up October 21st in Washington, D.C.
The next episode of Skyville Live will stream live on Monday, September 26th at 7:00 p.m. CT. Visit www.skyvillelive.com for information on how to tune in.
