See Kip Moore, Jon Pardi Act Out ‘Talladega Nights,’ ‘Karate Kid’

To gear up for their upcoming Me and My Kind trek, tourmates and fast friends Kip Moore and Jon Pardi recently released a short video in which the duo discuss (and, believe it or not, act out) their favorite movies.

“If we’re going to be spending this amount of quality time together, we’ve got to know a little more about each other,” says Moore in the introduction to the video, before he asks Pardi to dish on his all-time favorite films.

In the video, Pardi professes his love for comedies, singling out Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby as his favorite before proceeding to dress up in full NASCAR gear and do his best Ricky Bobby.

For his part, Kip Moore chooses the original Karate Kid from 1984 (he is not a fan of the 2010 Jaden Smith remake) and then shows off a few karate moves of his own.

As Moore puts it, you can learn a lot about somebody by way of their favorite movie. Moore and Pardi’s Me and My Kind Tour kicks off Friday, September 30th, in Oklahoma City.
