See Inside Florida Georgia Line’s Massive New Nashville Bar
Florida Georgia Line’s first restaurant and entertainment venue celebrated its grand opening in Nashville last night, with the duo on hand to welcome their first round of guests.
Dubbed FGL House, the facility sits right in the heart of Music City’s honky-tonk district and features a wealth of entertainment for country music fans, especially those who helped make Florida Georgia Line one of the genre’s most successful duos.
“The coolest thing about this place is it has four levels, so they’ll see a lot of everything,” says FGL’s Brian Kelley. “The restaurant has a great vibe too, and the second floor bar you can kind of look over what’s happening downstairs. It’s a cool place to be in.”
There’s also a rooftop retreat named after their monster hit, “Cruise.” “The Cruise rooftop is my favorite place in the world,” says Kelley. “It has views of Nashville, great drinks and two DJ booths.”
Both Kelley and his bandmate Tyler Hubbard had a hand in designing the venue, making sure it was the type of place where they themselves would like to hang out.
FGL House is now open to the public, just in time for the 2017 CMA Music Festival, which kicks off Thursday, June 8th. Florida Georgia Line will perform with the Chainsmokers at Wednesday night’s CMT Music Awards and on the main stage at CMA Fest on Saturday.
